Leadership and Art Direction of the first “Design Guild Award” annual event at Wix (≈320 designers). I managed the project end-to-end, including concept, design, scripting, and copywriting. The ceremony, inspired by the Oscars but with a grunge touch and crafted elements from the Design Guild, celebrates the best design work of the year as voted by the designers themselves.
